I would just like to let you all know that I am leaving CStyles permantly, Ive been thinking about it for a while now and have come to the decision that this is what I want. Certain situations have further added to me wanting to leave, also I have felt that after these situations arose I felt like I was walking on eggshells fearing that I would be thrown off the site for having an opinion, this is not the CStyles that I joined where it was one big happy family its now a forum filled with backstabbing and fear. Oooops I gots to go cos I will definatley be banned now cos I just gots an opinion. So see ya Im outta here. I went back and forth with this one, I wanted to lock it and cry because this is so hurtful.

I've decided to leave it open, I'd like people to say their goodbyes to broomie, as she feels her freedom of speech on Cstyles is not what it once was.

I for one will miss you Broomhilda, I don't have anything else to say.

Broomie, I am deeply saddened to see you go hun.

I understand though that you have you're reasons for leaving. I'm going to miss you

Broomie I'm sorry you feel this way because sadly it's not so. I've never heard you even utter an unkind word yet these totally shocked me. This truly does not sound like the Broomie we all know and love.

I don't get how enforcing rules is considered not having the right to an opinion, I've never hindered anyone's opinion nor has anyone else.

OMG, are you serious? WTF has been happening that I haven't noticed? This place is great, no-one is mean here. I'm so confused... You wanna be a member of some places I've attended, Broomie. You're overreacting. This place is great... a real Sims 3 Community... I would love to know what caused you to leave... Hopefully I don't find out in my own way lol

Why are people so silly? Why can't we all just get along? lol I must admit, I used to be a member of a forum I loved, but some people just annoyed me so I left lol I guess it just comes down to how much it feels like home. If it don't feel like home, don't bother.

I agree with you Shyne...but what if the home is in your name!!!? I guess I could run away from home...NOT!! Sadly Shyne...not every one will have the same thoughts as you and I and so many others...they just simply don't want to get along with anyone else and how dare someone in their space is happy!!

LOL Yeah me too. I understand the need to have freedom of speech, but this is a community... if you want to have your OWN say without fear of offending anyone, do it on your own PERSONAL blog, not where someone has to moderate you lol That way you can say what you wanna say, no-one can stop you, and you still look good in the community ;)

We don't hinder in any way other's opinions...how else would we be able get others to respect ours. But as stated there is a place and time to truly just vent...and if you do state your objection or opinion...there is a way to do this without coming across as mean or crass. If any of us had that kind of attitude this place would either be a ghost town...or be like some sites we know that allow people to run wild, hurt others feelings and pretty much destroy a site and it's reputation.

OMG...I need to stop and eat...after proof reading this I found I had totally omitted 3 words...not good!! Gonna fill me belly up and be right back!! Hmmm...I want chocolate icecream!!! ...I will eat real food first....

I know you are a nice person Shyne...I have watched you beat up and spit out on ms3b and you handled it wayyyyy better than I ever could. The thing I never understood was why some people always found it needed to just insult and injure someone's feelings.

Well I am secretly laughing to myself about the whole hair retextures thing. Now that I'm good, they're have to go to my site to see if I've uploaded any more, or join here or Sailfin Sims ;)
One thing I learned about the whole experience - I refuse to be seen through my creations. I wanted to be represented by THEM, not by who I am away from the keyboard. This is the Sims 3. All those things they said about me weren't true... but they shouldn't have said them in the first place. It's just wrong to see the person behind the creations and let that be a deciding factor. I dunno, ranting, lol

You handled yourself beautifully regardless. I hate when it's made to feel like things HAVE TO BE made for each single person, you can't please the crowd...but you can a few happy. I always say...if one person downloads a sim I made then I'm happy..I've made something that someone else can enjoy.

What is Sailfin Sims..I'd love to check that out, I've never heard of it before.

I dunno what it's like, really, but Sailfin is a lovely person. The trolls on MS3Blog carried on and on about how you had to register to download things there... They got really nasty. So I thought I'd join and provide them with some stuff to encourage people to join

I love that site! It's so well put together. I browsed around to see if I could locate any of your creations but I guess I didn't browse enough or because it's almost 3am my eyeballs aren't working properly!!

Why would the trolls tell her that she had to register...to what...? ms3b? Wow! Butt heads...they are going to run every single great creator off that blog, Joe has already lost so many. I mean, he still has some lovely people there, but most of the time the trolls take over.

I understand, I get that way sometimes lol And I used to have a subscription to T$R myself, I wanted NewSea's hair and I had so much money at some point... My subscription has run out... and I'm prepared to wait until the booty or other sources now

HIgh five on the booty!! I used to pay so much money into the Sims...sickening...EA store, newsea before tsr, (love the dollar sign you added) several others and one day I just took a seat back and started tallying up what I was spending and it is way stupid. I will continue to pay for games and ep's but just for one or two little things...no more. It starts to add up.

Ok..back on topic...good people shouldn't leave in such a mean way.

I guess if we are going to continue this we should start a thread in general discussion. Meet ya there...I'm going to title it, 'Continued with Shyne & Cece" Everyone and anyone is welcomed to join! See ya there!
