EP means Expansion Pack. So like Pets, Generations, etc.

The hair is from Showtime.

The converted Showtime hair can be found here. Garden of Shadows also has other male to female converted hairs from Showtime.

& BlackSweety said she'd upload the sim if someone wanted her to.
