Hi guys just thought i would let you know the new issue of sensation magazine with Brian and myself in it is out now.......

this is so cool. and mine and Angie's sections came out really well.

You guys are so mushy gushy and all that good stuff!! I LOVE it!! Just finished reading the mag, very entertaining I must say, A few misses in some photo's but just a tich..but overall very very good.
I loved Angie's section, I think that was so cute and I adore looking at recreations of rooms and houses, so that probably was one of my fav sections.
Brian's section was wonderful, I don't know how I missed that duplex!!!! I LOVE it!! I was really touched and very humbled to see the forum name mentioned...Thankies Brian for that 'ad' spot for Cstyles!
I look forward to the next issue, but I need to now go back and read the first 2 issues that I missed!! I have been reading the magazine for almost an hour, and not a minute feels wasted!

Very cool and very innovative idea...that works...I hope this mag prospers and continues to grow and thrive. I say this because I can totally see all the hard work and dedication that has gone into it. Great job!!

thankies my twinzie.......beech works really hard on the mag as do all of the staff.......i am so happy you liked my little section.....i loved doing the make-over room...and i actually built the house myself for the opposites collide bit...hehehe...took me ages.....

I was a little hesitant about joining a magazine but I'm proud to be in it and lovin the work you two put into it. This issue is much improved (and I think the talent came with you two ;) ) Grats!

thanks cece. after all it's all down to yourself and Evie i got started in featuring my houses. and because of that all my builds are only downloadable here on Cstyles. also to everyone else that has helped me in anyway will also me noticed for their creations on here. it's my way of saying thank you to everyone.

Reminds me...I need to post a question to Brian regarding builds. Can I place a house over a existing lot with a basement. I built the house with the intention of it having a basement, which didn't work out because it was my very first attempt at basement building. I would love to upload this house and I am extremely proud of it...but it so needs that basement.

So what I'm wondering is, can I make a basement and then place a lot over it and integrate it onto the house?

I feel so honoured to be amongst so much talent here on CStyles and then to have such kindness as well when they share that talent with us. YAY for the awesome talent that is here on CStyles. Broomie loves ya all.

sorry hun you can't. anything that is on a lot will stop you from placing anything else. even a garden lamp would stop it. if you need to upload the basement and the house to mediafire and i can rebuild the basement under the house for you. and then upload it to mediafire for you to download again.

You would!!! Brian that would be fab I will def do that. It will be later tonight before I do but I am getting so happy that I may get my basement for my little house. Plus you can look over the house and give me any recommendations!!! Thankies Brian and Broomie...WE LOVE YOU TOO!!!

Oh...just realized...I don't have a basement made right now for the house...I would need to build the basement first and upload the house and basement each. I'm kind of lost...I've never done this before. Let me check it out and see if I can do what you are suggesting.
