I'm relaying a message regarding what happened from CeCe here below:

Cstyles was hacked and destroyed. Working on recovery!

Cstyles was hacked and destroyed last night. This type of malice is sickening and hurts not only me, but many active members; some who were there while the site was being obliterated! I did not delete any members as you ALL will get emails saying that I did. They sat out to hurt many and not just me. I'm working on recovering and restoring the site so please be patient with me. I'm sorry for all of this.

This is by far the most immature, sickening, disgusting thing I have seen in a long time.

...I was going to come here and fix everything but I can't seem to access the admin panel.

I think CeCe locked the forum, so the admin panel isn't available.
I think she'll be in touch with us, some time later.

I just heard about this, they were talking about it on my cbox --- what the hell is going on???? Cece is just about the warmest most caring person in this entire community. She never gets involved in silly crap - who the hell would want to DO something like this to her site????

I hope she's okay too. This makes me so sad, and so pissed OFF.

She's was really gutted by this.
She was online, when the site was destroyed, right before her own eyes and wasn't able to do anything about it !
CeCe worked on restoring the site until the 'early hours', more work needs to be done however.

Well, I have an idea of who did this, but it's a small idea and my only clue.
I hope this person didn't do it, but at this point who knows.

I can't believe someone is that low, so sad that they even changed the url to the site and god knows whatever else they could have done. I wasn't here, but, augh.

Poor cece, and poor members, I'm just flabbergasted at the entire situation...

Besides the feelings we all have now, about what happened, CeCe is still CeCe !!
Caring for people and determined to get Cstyles up and running again !!
Cstyles will be back, stronger than ever and so will CeCe !!

The http://www.cstylessims3forum.com/ does work better

I agree, what happened was sick, but there is no way this person is going to stop us from building cstyles right back up again.

I'm going to go change the link on my profile to cstylessims3forum right now.
I dont' want anyone seeing that nasty message up there.

If there's anything I can do, let me know. I haven't been around here nearly enough lately, but I still love this place dearly, and I love Cece dearly too.

Going to hop on over and change my link too...and everyone is right this wont change CStyles love and support for one another or how much we all love CeCe...the idiot doesn't realise they've only made us even tighter and failed to destroy anything we had...CStyles isn't just a site it's each other and it's CeCe and all that can never be destroyed.....I'm here for any of you guys if you need me to do anything....lets get our CStyles back!

Yeah Angie, it's really horrible what happened, but most of the site is already restored again. When I came on this morning all members, all postings and even the layout of the forum you see now, was GONE !!
But it takes much, much, much more to try to erase Cstyles !!
Ctyles is a 'home' for me and has a special place in my heart !! And all you guys too !!

I second everything you've just said Eva...CStyles is more than a site it's all of us and it's CeCe and something that amazing can't be destroyed! An what dumb hacker failed to realise is they've accomplished nothing...we're still here, we still love CeCe and there's no getting rid of our spirit and support of each other.

well I am here for as long as i am welcome, which hopefully will be a long time, is cece ok? Brian was online here last night when it all started he said he got booted off when it stsrted going a bit weird, I took off my siggy wasnt sure if that was the right thing to do, is it safe to put back on?

Im sorry to hear about your site, but what the narrow minded idiot hasnt realised is that we arent leaving I love this site and will keep coming back no matter what happens. Im sending hugs and cuggles to everyone.

This is so hard to write with the massive amount of tears pouring out of my eyes after reading this post.

I've the 'hiccup' cries going on right now...but I will post more info as I move further along in restoring.

Oh Cece!!!! *lonnnnnng bear hug* Some of us are like the kids in the family who don't come home or call enough -- you have no IDEA how loved you are, and how much people love this place!

I was reminiscing with HB about it just a couple of days ago....how we used to come on here and just be free to talk about absolutely WHATEVER -- we'd be silly, then funny, then things would get serious when talking about all of our personal issues and struggles and battles, and we'd be supportive and start talking dirty again! It's truly like a family -- you're our mama! Or I guess in my case 'big sis' lolol.

There is no ill word to utter about CStyles. Not ONE. Never any animosity or ill will or backstabbing, infighting, high school drama, he said/she said -- nothing. It's always been a sanctuary from the mess of the simming blogosphere and that blasted TS3 Forum...a soft place to run and fall when you need somewhere to go and feel warm and loved.

This is my home. This is OUR home, and we'll damn sure not abandon it or let it be overrun by simple-minded, single-celled oafs with nothing better to do.

You have my full support no matter what Cece, and you always will. ***hugs forever!!!***

Hey CeCe we got ya back girl! I think everyone here has pretty muched summed up the love and admiration we have not only for the site but for you CeCe, everytime your name is uttered there's nothing but love to follow...your amazing and wonderful and the thing is non of us are saying this because you created CStyles and we're sucking up, we're saying this because we love you and the fun, advice and help you bring into our lives. I've said it many times now but CStyles isn't a website it's you and it's all of us and there's not a soul in the world who can take that away!

I hand on heart love each and every one of you guys you're all amazing and when I'm not here I'm always thinking of you or talking about you...your my other family and I'm here for any of you. I still remember when I first got here and was so nervous because I thought I wouldn't be accepted or I'd just sit and watch all the little clicks but there was non of that and everyone was so wonderfully welcoming, there's not a nasty soul on this site and I couldn't think of a better place to come to cry, laugh, chat and help others....CStyles is home, CStyles is awesome and CStyles will always be here.....thanks guys for making each an every day worth getting up for from CeCe and Nessa giving me the giggles, and Evies wonderful creations to Eva's chats that cheer me up and the new guys who become friends......CeCe we're here for ya lets get this show back on the road!!!

Hi Cece, Eva and everyone else involved in the running of CStyles. I am so sorry to hear what happened to the site. I haven't been here long but I really feel at home here.

Just know that "what goes around comes around" and this person (or these people) will reap what they sow.

It must be terrible to have to live with yourself when you are so mean spirited and I hope that they come under conviction and realise that this is not the way to go through life.

I am so happy that you are up and running again and my thoughts are with you all.

As a person who happened to be here when the site went down, it was by far the most f****** awful thing to see. Cece and I kept going back and forth on the c-box trying to figure out what was going on and then bang, the site was gone.

I can not comprehend why someone would do this to Cece or to anybody for that matter. None of us has ever said a bad word about anybody and we for the most part keep out of all the drama that surrounds us. Nevertheless Cece is a determined lady and hence, the site is back up and running.

I can not and I refuse to understand why this community can be so vicious sometimes. "Innocent" simmers can get picked on, harrassed and just flat out treated like sh*t in this community. All for nothing. There are some that might poke the lion in its cage but for the most part, they've done nothing. It really alientates people.

One thing I know about CStyles is that even when I first joined up, I never felt like a stranger and never got treated like one. It's just as has already been pointed out, we've all built a good friendship on here and I don't think anything could ruin that :D

I love this place. I feel safe here. I know I won't be harrassed, insulted, etc on here and all for one simple reason: Cece does not stand for it, and none of us stand for it.

Way to go Cece for not letting them win!!
