[solved]can someone check this please

ok so i done a sim, not my creation, just a little tweak for a friend on TS3 now i couldnt get the sim to upload on the launcher, stupid thing lol, so i put him on media fire here

the problem is i can download him fine and get him to install but Rhett cant, can someone check by downloading please to see whats going on.much appreciated Love067

I just checked, no problem downloading the sim and installing the sim.
Does Rhett know he has to unzip / unpack the zip-file after download and put the "unpacked" sims3pack file into his Sims 3 Download folder, before installing the sim ??

I have no idea ...lol.....Rhett has applied to join here just waiting on approval....i tried to help but aht kicked in, thanks eva for checking i thought it was something i had done wrong hiho

we got it sorted, it was winrar, Rhett installed a new version and it worked hiho

i was thinking it was me being an air head but it wasnt this time lol

You have to do that????

I always just double click the sims3pack file and it installs for me...
