I uninstalled/reinstalled last nite hoping the freezing of game would stop. I goofed somewhere I guess. I made a copy of Downloads, ContenPatch, DCBackup, DCCache, saved sims folders with all my cc in case something didn't work on my desktop. Well I left everything on during the reinstall which may have bee wrong because now I have these folders reinstalled but I can't get any thing to show in the game now. No cc and no saved sims. The familys in the library do show but I want my save sims also. i still have the copies on my desktop.

I thought maybe if I just uninstall/reinstalled again completely that would clear all folders and I could then add the copies from my desktop in.

Any help please!!

Yippe Yippe Yippe!!!! Me and my low tech self(LOL) found out what I had to do to get the files recognized. When I deleted the files and replaced with the copies it worked. Don't if that is the way to do it but it worked.

I'm off to Hidden Springs now to put my family in and hope no freezes.

I forgot to say that I had put Town Life on too, but I hadn't had any freezes until Hidden Springs.

I keep the testingcheatsenabled true on most of the time should I turn it off with false. I read that some where that it can mess with the game, only saw it once.
