http://www.mediafire.com/?qzp2p87x2zf5h2n < click to download the shell of this house...meaning its not furnished or all the way done as far as windows goes and wallpaper...I felt you would rather do the wallpaper to your rooms so i didn't place that in...

It has no CC in it and is all base game compatible...so anyway can install this home and decorate it. I checked it to be sure that its only the home you are installing...the walls and roof and such. Use as much custom content as you want...Bust down a wall and place it elsewhere..as far as inside...the only rule is there is no rules...you can remove the chimney if you want...do what you will.

So for phase one we need to concentrate on the kitchen/Dining/bath (two of them) area...take pictures of your finished work and upload. You are allowed to move the walls inside a tad but still try to keep with the layout...Feel free to do the outside and windows and such...that will be the final show is showing the outer landscaping and such.

Phase two will be the living area (upper and lower floor)...same as before take pictures of the finished product...

Phase three will be decorate the bedrooms...There are three of them..one downstairs (master) and two upper ones...

Phase four will be landscaping and adding final touches to the outside of the home (windows and such)...I only placed a few windows to give you an idea of where the doors go and such...but this is all changeable to your taste. Have fun and enjoy!!! I know I will..

I don't know if I have the time to do decorate the place as my dad is in the hospital at the moment, so I'm spending some time over there (my dad passed out 4 times in 4 days, so they are keeping him under observation).

No it's not it's cute...to get better shots as a hint...go into buy mode and turn off the grid. Then you can get closer shots without gride lines...this only works for the inside of a house...to take outdoor shots you will need a sim to live there and be in live mode. This will take the grid off too.

on the side of the blue control panel you will see the grid marks in build mode...its right where you select build or buy...

I don't know Robin, I still have yet to compress any of my files and I'm a little scaredy cat when it comes to updates due to past experience. Eventually I will have no choice because whenever they do updates my game starts to act stupid (without the update) so I end up having NO choice in the matter.

Any who, maybe after the Holiday's if the challenge is still on, but regardless I'm getting this house!!!!!!! It's gorgeous!! You are so extremely talented! I love having a builder on the site, may have to put a title on ya girl! ;)

Aww that sucks QGirl...I take it you forgot to move your CC out of your game before updating... Sad...

If you do update move your mods folder out to your desktop...I think that is the biggest mistake folks make when updating is not moving that out. Then placing it back in when the update is done. This is the number one mistake made by most. I have done it myself.

Thanks for the compliments and that would be fine if you want me to be your next builder. I do not have a problem with that...I will say that I will upload two or three versions of each home if you do...one CC free and the other CC galore and one an empty house for them to build. Let folks choose which version they want. Some folks are not builders and love to decorate...some don't want a bunch of junk (CC) in their game but don't want a home they have to do anything with either and some love the home to look just like it does in the pictures decorations and all.

This challenge has no deadline either Cece. So whenever you feel like starting it is fine.

whenever there an update , i move my package folder out of the mod folder to a safe place. then after the update is over mm , put that package folder back . one dothn need to reinstall and delete things.

When I last updated I moved all the mods out and then saved my game on an external hard drive, not taking chances, so that's probably the route I'd take this go around as well. ;)
