OH MY GOD I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS. Alright, so this is actually a conversion from Sims 2, by dragonmandy *Im planning on converting more eyeliners and shiz* so all credit goes to her for the textures.
It's a very dark eyeliner, so I will go over the opacity levels. ;)

Holy. It is very dark like you said, but it looks so good with those thick-border glasses!
