I have this cute little house that I'm so very proud of. I made it and I just can't bring myself to trash it. I'm wondering if there is a builder who would be willing to help me fix this house and make it playable.

I can use the main floor and the top floor, but I can't use the basement. I made the house using a foundation and I can't find any stairs to fit so my sims can walk down into the basement.

I will gladly send a link so whomever thinks they can fix this house for me but I'd only send it via personal message (pm)

I hope someone is willing to try and help me fix this problem with this house...it means a lot to me.

Kashkashbaby...HI...I've missed you!!! Any who...I came across this before and tried...in detail...(as much as my little brain would allow without starting to smoke from over exertion) and I still couldn't get it to work. It's something about that last part, adding the second level or set of stairs that was difficult to manage. I worked on it for day's and many hours of the day's and still no luck...hence my reason for asking for help. **this whole thing is making me feel very very stupid**

Are you leaving enough room for the landing? Because the stair tool should be treating it like regular foundation stairs.....

I have almost tore my basement apart trying to get the stairs to work properly. I don't know what I'm doing wrong... :'(

Hmm...did you move everything out of the way? Including floortiles? Sorry if my questions are a little inane...I don't really know what's going wrong, so I'm just trying to cover the basics....Will you upload the house for me? Maybe I can get it to work for you and then re-upload it...

Oh yes, I moved floor tiles, floors, walls anything and everything that I thought might be blocking me being able to put the second set of stairs on but it just wouldn't work. I'd LOVE to upload this house for you and see if you can fix it!! I'd hate to totally trash it. I will get it uploaded to you today via pm. Thanks Kash!!!

Do you just use the ea game houses? I have to admit that ea outdid itself with Sunlit Tides homes!! I still want my little house workable and playable though... @Kash...it's 11:00pm here so I'm getting ready to boot my game up so I can make sure that I'm sending you the right link for the house.
