. Back to the point, where can I find this shirt?

I thought it was from the Store but I couldn't find it. I'm sure it isn't a cc item from l.e Juliana's Corner or anything.. It's from the Sims 3 website (EA Games).

Maybe it is something from registering a pre-ordered version of an expansion pack, if yes I hope you guys can tell me which one!
