If you still keep a save in Sunset Valley, or are just looking for a new community lot, this is a pretty awesome makeover that I spotted on Tumblr by memoirsofasim. It utilizes some of the new items from EPs like the Summer Snack Stand from Seasons. There's only one EA Store Item used and no CC, so it should be a pretty easy install.
