I REALLY enjoyed being able to have realistic strip gentleman's clubs in my worlds like Bridgeport or My make-belive Bon Temps (heeey True Blood fans).

Unfortunately, the awesome creator hasn't updated the mod for patch 1.50, and the mod doesn't work. I hear it's a basic scripting mod, but I have NO idea how to mod for the Sims, so I can't update it myself. Is there a tutorial somewhere where I might learn? I know over at Mod The Sims and on the creator's blog people have asked about it, so hopefully this post of mine doesn't break any rules or offend. If I was able to update it and share it (which I doubt I'll be able to), I would give the creator ALL credit.

Oh, never heard of that one, but it sounds fun. I wish there were a more adult version of the sims, but I understand about the kiddies.

Yes, the mod was really cool. I had Los Aniegos, a world from Coasterboi over at TS3, and a club that the mod went perfect with. The stripper/dancer would come into the club during the set hours and strip/dance. I didn't have mine go nude, but I did have them strip down to the Katy Perry Showtime outfits

Ok, first, you did not break any rules nor offend anyone...I'm pretty free about stuff like this so no worries.

Your first option, or stage would be to at least attempt to contact the original creator. If they are not reachable...at least leave a message leaving information as to how they can contact you.

We do have a couple of members who are script mod capable, Ameenah is one of them. Maybe drop her a pm and see if she can assist you. I think SleepGenius may know something about script mods as well.

If you are successful in finding someone to help you get this mod back up and running, please share that information...like I said...I'd love to have this in my game...and they would definitely strip buck arse nekked!!

I also wish they'd so a 'adult' version of the game...that would be more than awesome!!

I had those in my game for a while. They are fun and I'd love to have them again. ;)

Yes! I used to have wuite a few of your sims as my dancers (in conjunction with NRaas "Register" mod). Bryton Dyson, was a favorite among my sim ladies haha.

I tried to contact the creator via her thread on the mod at "Mod the Sims" and also via both of her blogs, "Virtual Artisan" and "Virtual Artisan X." She hasn't responded to anything. I didn't directly leave contact info, as my name is clickable on her blog, and I figured she could just PM me on Mod The Sims, but you are right, I will send another message to her in those places, leaving my contact info.

I will also PM Ameenah and SleepyGenius! I am excited, it would be great to get the up and running again! I loved how she even created a mod to have a sort of constant drunk/tipper in your clubs and bars. She also made it so that the sims in the club could actually watch the dancers. ANNNDDD she the "courtesan" mod was awesome- basically made any sim of your choosing the town prostitute

Yup...I need this mod!!! Sounds AMAZING!!
