Subject: [solved]Help! August 2nd 2010, 9:55 pm
Ok, this is the second time this has happened...
I did the 'Clean Uninstall' of my game that's supposed to completely wipe the game from your computer, but everytime I reinstall, everything (my saves, sims, screenshots, presets, etc.) are still on there!! I thought it was supposed to take everything off?!

You said you are doing a 'clean' uninstall... do you mean a 'manual' uninstall? I did a manual uninstall and the only thing that remotely resembled my old game was the files were still there from ea store items.
They were NOT installed, but available for reinstall via the launcher. Everything else was brand spanking new until I added things back in.
Did you just go to programs and do an uninstall that way?
