OK, OK, it's time for long eyelashes for everyone !! :D

Although I'm not aware of doing something 'special', the eyelashes on my Simmies do make people cry, cause they don't seem to get the lashes as long as mine
So I decided to end this and come up with some sort of eyelash tutorial LOL.

First things first... What do you need ??

* The Sims 3 Base Game (duhhh !!)
* At least Ambitions EP (more sliders !!)
* CAS Sliders by Ahmad, which can be found here
Please note, you don't need any slider hacks for this !!

Please note, you do need ALL of these to make it work !!

Let's start from scratch.... I'll start with a 'normal' EA sim in CAS:


Go to hair / eyelashes.


Max out the eyelash slider :D


I'll remove the eyeshadow first to better show the effect.


Now I'll start working on the eyes (Ahmad CAS sliders !!)
First up the eye width in the face section, these make the eyes more wide open (or not).


Now I'm going to the eye section. To better show the effect, I'll switch to blue eyes.
The default eyes in the pics are by Shyne, you can find them here.


Now I'm gonna change some sliders to adjust the eyes and make them look a bit better.

Now an important slider the last in the eye section, called "eye length", max out the eye length slider !! :105: This one is as important as the EA eyelash slider, I think !!

Now I'll add some make up to make the eyes make more pretty (also using the opacity slider !!). Eye shadow (Fierce 1) by Lady Frontbum (D-L here)).


Some eyeliner by Dropsi (D-L here)).


And some blush (Fierce 1) by Lady Frontbum (D-L here).

Please note: I've only worked on the eyelashes, eyes and some make up. All other stuff is not amended and non of the pics have been edited in ANY way !!

Beautiful tutorial Eva! I love the long lashes on my females also. I usually just max mine out (hack) and then add the eyeliner lash blast. Not as long as yours of course but I'm a tad lazy! When I get 'unlazy' then I just might put forth the effort and try this amazing tutorial out! *note...not lazy...just health is wacky right now* :779:

Well it's basically the way I always create my Simmies, when it comes to the eye / eyelashes part. So it's the 'normal route' through CAS for me (part of course ;))

I do hope your health problems will soon be over !! I'll say a prayer for you & keep my fingers crossed !!

Will start some of the different things the Doc wants to check on in the next week or so, just blood work and have to do that sleep test thingy, which I will let you know when I go in for that so you and Evie can take control of the site!! (will pm you more later) Now I want to try your method!! I truly do love how your lashes look especially now that I've compared mine to yours!

OMG she has got some lashes !! Wow !!
I think you have to 'play around' a bit with the eyeshadow & eyeliner to make the lashes stand out a bit more (color wise) and maybe with the socket & eye rotation sliders, to have them stand up a tad more.

And it will be no problem when you have the sleep test thingy ! Evie and I will take good care of the site when needed !! ;) For now I'll keep my fingers crossed and say an extra prayer for ya !!

AHHHHH MISS EVA!!!! I LOVE YOU! You actually did a tutorial, god love ya! If it weren't for you I would never have realised I was missing a vital slider of Ahmads. I had installed all of them (I thought) but the eye width slider was not in my mods folder. Installed now and wha-lah:

I also used Susan's eyeliner and made it nice and dark :D

The sim you used for the tutorial brought back memories of early TS3 days. I was going through some older screenies I had collected and can't believe how far this game has come. I used that simmeh in my first ever little family I made. I called her Aimee

So I had a quick go on a sim I made a little while ago named Natalia (she's my experimenting sim lol) and I was pretty pleased with how they turned out....
