Actually Anubis has two versions of this hair; EA's highlights and Adjust-Shine Highlights (however you can use only one !!)

It depends what you like most or fits your Simmie more; a bit more shiny hair or a bit less shiny hair ;) I like the more shiny version a bit better. For my Simmie, I used the original version by Peggy though.
