Oooh thanks Miss L I've never actually seen these...have you tried them in game?

Yes I have. I have all 3 in the busty version and I definitly love Strawberry the most. It has nice blemishes on the cheeks and I like the shading. Still it's not as great as LFB's but it's still a nice skin. The Mandarin one is good also. :D

Oooh I'll have to download these ASAP....I have unfortunately woken up this morning to find a borked game and the only thing I can do is to uninstall everything and find myself the CC all over again so maybe it's time for a change so big hugs for pointing these out hiho

Thanks Miss L so do I....I'm in the process of redownloading CC which will probably take all day....I was having problems last night and ran some things through to check them and found a couple of worlds I had installed were really corrupted and I think they might have been the cause of everything....I think from now on I'll stick to the worlds EA provide lol

Hmm might have a go and test these skins !! Don't know when exactly though, my laptop really crashed badly today grey smilie

Oooh Eva not you too? I've lost all my simmeh stuff after a major crash this morning I was so mad an upset because I'd started working on a new simmeh and lost everything

Still have my Sim (and other) stuff, did a backup on an external hard drive yesterday !! whew

But I'm really upset about the crash, at this time I can't get my laptop to work. I can't even format the hard drive on the laptop & can't (re-)install Windows too. I have to contact and wait for an expert ! It doesn't look good, might need a new laptop ! pale

I always want to download custom worlds, but thankfully I haven't yet. Don't think I will be now Sad...

Eva, sounds like a virus. That happened to my old computer. Had to get it completey reformated and it still doesn't work 100% better now either. Sad...

OH noes!!! Eva you just got that computer less than a year ago right? Should be still under warranty right?

As for the worlds...I downloaded a world, don't remember which one it was a while ago and it wouldn't let me get past the second loading screen. Kept crashing my game so I removed it immediately!! Thank goodness for external hard drives!!

Reminds me...time for an update of mine...never be too sure of yourself!

I'm halfway there to getting my laptop working again so mines nowhere near as bad as poor Eva's and I hope she doesn't have to buy a new laptop as I know they can be quite expensive......yep some of these worlds don't half bork your game, there was also a hair that was really corrupt too...can't remember who the creators was but it was some beaded cornrows and man were they corrupt

Hmmm Eva, nasty virus maybe... that's weird.

If you can't re-install windows or recover the OS with the recovey CD's, the internal memory must be affected or maybe some a ram memory slot went numb...

Motherboards used to have a "button" to reset that memory but I'm not sure how it works on laptops...

I hope everything works fine with you. I'm crossing my fingers.

Now lets talk about terror. The other day I was reading the hate mail sent to Booty site and someone threatned to currupt CC with virus... Is this really possible?

Thanks Sergio, I think it's hardware related, no virus.
I contacted Dell today and did run some tests (I have to do some more), I think it's memory / RAM related. Maybe some memory module is broken or doesn't work 100 %.
The laptop isn't one year old yet, so no worries, with the help of Dell, I should be able to have it running again within a week or so. And I haven't lost any data / stuff, 'cause of my precious external hard drive !! :D

I think they can Sergio, just like the 'TSR-doll' thing !

Yep I've heard they can do that too Sergio but the CC I had that was corrupt didn't come from the booty but two peoples blogs so I guess I'm going to stick to known creators from now on....I was so glad I got the files back that mattered and that my game loading time went from 21 minutes to 4 minutes I'm so thrilled but still upset that Eva's laptop isn't working properly sad

Yeah 4 minutes I couldn't believe it...though it'll probably slow down if I add more CC to it

If you use as much compressed files as possible, I think you'll be fine !!
I have about 8,7 Gigabyte Sims stuff (excluding the game and stuff) and mine still loads between 5-10 minutes ! :D When I load it a 2nd time, it will start up in under 5 minutes.
Now all I need, is a working laptop !! ;)
