| i wanna download Anouk but once i download her, i cant install her.. i dont know if she in the wrong download format or what? anyone having the same problem? |

| You need to place Anouk in your Saved Sims folder. Copy the.sim file go to My Documents/EA/saved sims and paste the file into that folder. She should appear in your CAS after that. The file does not install via the launcher.  |

| All beauties again but for me there's just something about Anouk that sets her apart. I love that picture of her in her swimsuit. The hair and band are nice touches. |
