I think there is a program out there, possibly on mod the sims that you might check into but your best bet is going to the creator's blog and asking them to convert these for you. Most of them are nice and will do it if it's possible.

Yep Juliana is awesome and I know The TSR Workshop can let you change some stuff around but dont know if it would work for this
