Lets write a story together? But who gets what chapter? Well, first come first serve I say. There are a few rules we must lay out before we get started on our completely wacky, unique, off the wall, mad lib sort of thing.

Rule number 1: This story's main characters must be base game sims and base game sims only.

Rule number 2: Nothing completely offensive please, I mean, we can have fun and push the boundaries a little bit, but lets not get completely nazi.

Rule number 3: If you have a sim without custom content or required skins/sliders that you want added to the story then post them here with the download link. We will need a picture of this sim, the traits, the lifetime wish, the favorite foods, colors, and music, age, and sex (if it's not obvious rofl)
I ask that your sim be completely base game friendly because if others would like to add to the story and want your sim in the background doing something off the wall we need to keep the custom content to a minimum. I know for one, my game is going to blow up in mah face here any minute because I'm already loaded to the max with all of the custom content it can handle.
Sims you share will merely be extras, acquaintances, or friends, nothing more.

You may add an entire chapter to the story or even just a little snippet, anything as long as it contains one image or more. It is not required to stick with the previous chapter or snippet all the way through. You may completely be random with your follow up as long as you link the previous chapter or snippet to your following chapter and don't completely cut away from the rest of the story.

Yes you can dress up the base game sims in whatever, but do not dress them up and upload them expecting them to be added to everyones game.

This is pretty much a never ending story. So have fun, don't put too much time in pointless details. The purpose of this story is to get everyone involved again and pretty much I want everyone to be peeing their pants at how awesomely random it is when it gets goin'.

You may post everything in this thread, your chapters, snippets, sims, questions, comments. Whatever you want, I'll be making another thread where I will add each part of the story once it is posted. (don't worry, I'll add your credit to each chapter or snippet I post)

I have a couple of questions, number one: when you say basegame do you mean a sim created by ourselves that only has basegame stuff (because I use DR skins in my game for males and females) or a sim that came premade with the basegame (who'll still appear with my default skin) sorry if this is a stupid question my minds frozen up and I've had no caffeine yet and Q~Girl minus the caffeine is mentally challenged LOL...and two: I have a sim I would love to use/put up here for this story but she has CC (hair, eyes and a couple of sliders) all of which are free but she isn't totally base game, can I still use her? Oh and if everythings being kept basegame are we to keep it in a base game town say Sunset Valley?

The sim can be in any town you choose.

If you're planning on adding a sim I only ask that they have no custom content when you upload them because not everyone is willing to download sims with custom content. Some people can't even run their game with custom content in it haha. (I could almost be qualified in that category) You may upload your sim with a little bit of custom content, but there's a chance that not everyone will download for their part of the story.

if your base game sim (the main character, whoever starts this thing gets to pick which base game sim is the main character) has custom content for your chapters, that is fine.



So to sum it all up. The main characters for the story will be base-game sims created by EA.

When creating chapters or snippets, these main characters may have custom content on or around them.

When submitting sims we prefer that they don't have custom content, most people like to change sims hair and clothing on their own, and not all will download sims with custom content. You may upload and share a story sim with custom content, but not everyone will download. :)

Thanks Evie, Ok I'll go choose my sim and I think in the name of keeping it basegame I'll stay in sunset valley as some people may not have bridgeport...hmm which sim to choose LOL I so hate decisions...I should have something by the end of today if all goes according to plan.
