ah! maybe someone can help me with this:
i moved all of my sims stuff to my new harddrive and now my cpu is telling me theirs no way to get to the launcher. like my game is missing or somthing.

i would take a screenshot to show u but the message goes away too quick.

what did i do?

Have you put this thread up in the tech section? Or try Brian and Angie hun they are usually pretty good with techy stuff. I wish that I could help you out hun.

Ive had to re-install stuff so many times now I could do it with my eyes closed lol, its so frustrating but hey it has to be done. ;) It sounds like ea is down alot of the time.

now to wait 5 days for the sims 3 to even load on my cpu. i had to get eadm for a digal copy of my game because my disk got ruined so bad

I think you may have moved something that shouldn't have been moved...that or the game is trying to recognise something that isnt there any more...I could only advise a reinstall if moving eveyrthing back into place has failed

I think we all know that feeling hun...we must all be professionals now at installing and reinstalling our games...I'm not really technical myself but from the sounds of things it might be something has gotten deleted that or it's another EA fail lol

Oh Stevielee...been there done that. I hope Brian can help you get this all worked out as I have no clue where to begin. Hopefully it won't be too hard to figure out what needs to be done. I think I've done at least 4, maybe more uninstalls. Darn ea!!!

I did that to my game once. Eva fixed it for me, but my problem was that I deleted a .dll file and had to reinstall it again to get the launcher to work. I run everything off my main hard drive so I cna't really help with this.

Wow that is bad I mean when we have snow here or burst pipes the kids all get to stay home from school even if it's just a teacher training day they get the day off to to not send them home after the roof went is terrible lol
