Welcome! This is my first lot in The Sims 3. It's called Yellow Mansion 2250 and it's Residential Lot 30x30. There are some photos of it! I hope the pictures are working, because I have problems with them.

I don't have photos inside of the house, because I'm really bad with taking photos . You can find them on The Sims 3 Website forum, but they aren't good. If you are registered at The Sims 3 Website, you can recommend it too!
Now, write what do you think about my house and I hope, you like it.

It's a great house very bright and sunny looking...30x30 is a cool size too and from what I can see it looks very homely and wlecoming...a lovely little sims house hun x

Thanks. I may create more buildings and I can also upload Sims if who wants. And I think, I'm better in building smaller houses with small rooms, because I decorate them well, but if I build large room it looks "cold" and empty. Download it, if you want to see rooms or want to use it (House is on The Sims 3 Exchange, so you need to register to download.). ;)

Well whatever makes you happy is what you're best buidling then and I'm sure the people on CStyles would love to see your sims as we all share our thoughts and creativity here

Ok, I think, I will share my new Sim soon. I will post a topic about him tomorrow or at Tuesday.
And if I come back to my TS3 house it's made just with one Expansion Pack: Ambitions and with one Stuff Pack: Fast Lane Stuff. That means you don't need to have all Expansion or Stuff packs if you decide to download it. But maybe I will update it with some items from Late Night, World Adventures, Outdoor Living Stuff and more...House also includes garage with parking space for two cars. ;)

Sounds cool I'm sure people will love it! So have you made many other houses and what styles are they in? Do you usually make them with just base game objects or do you add expansion objects? An do you take requests? I think other people would love to know more about your creations.

I have made some houses and lots, but I never put them on web, this is my first house, that I've put it on web. They are modern houses, cottages and more and I also create community lots like Bars, Clubs, Parks and more. I made them with base game and with two or three expansion packs. Some houses or community lots also includes items from all expansion and stuff packs.
And I have a question too: Is possible to upload a creation here and other people download them here or is this just a forum, where can you share your creations and give links of them? I have this house on The Sims 3 Exchange and now it has 108 downloads and 7 recommendations.
And sorry about my English speaking, I'm from Slovenia.

I think you can share your creation here but I'm not sure where as I've never uploaded buildings here but I'm sure there is a section somewhere around here...but you'll need some more piccies of the building and inside too...I think lol

Yes, I will upload pictures inside of house later. But, because rooms are small, I will have problems with taking pictures. You can find my creation at The Sims 3 Exchange and a lot of pictures (including pictures inside of the house) on The Sims 3 Exchange forum.

Thank you all for that nice comments! I will keep my nice work. And sorry, my pictures will be looking more ugly than in real, because I'm bad in taking pictures and I will have a lot of problems, because house is small and rooms too and I can't capture all things in room. So, don't lose interest in my house of some ugly taken pictures. ;)

I'm sure no one will think your pictures are ugly or that you're bad at taking pictures and with more practise they'll become brilliant pictures

Hi MakoSim, I love the piccies of your house, my favourite is the barbeque area, I can just imagine my simmies sitting out there having a barbeque with their friends and family. I like all the rooms inside the house to. You've made an awesome house.
