I have to admit that when I got an invite to this site by Shayne I was nearly speechless...that a creator of her caliber had liked my creations...very humbling!

There isn't much to tell about me other than I am a stay at home mother to 4 children (2 my own, 2 step children) and when I'm not running around after them I am creating or writing or building on The Sims 3. I have played since the very first came out so I am a seasoned veteran when it comes to The Sims and have loved every moment of it.

I am looking forward to seeing everyone's creations and getting to know you all!

@ Shayne - Awww your making me blush! I wouldn't say I have a huge amount of talent...I can not mesh my way out of a paper bag...but I am pretty good at editing and manipulating textures and making my own as well. I am glad you never gave up I love your work and use a lot of your makeup and am really liking your hair re-textures! Thank you so much for the invite and the warm welcome. I just love the warm and friendly vibe here and the lack of elitist attitude a lot of sites I have been to have had.

Yeah this place certainly doesn't have arrogance. Sure, we think we've got the best featured artists in the world, and the best forum... but we do ;) No better place to be if you're a creator than C-Styles. Also, I am the same, I can't mesh. I can only deal with textures. So you and I are one and the same in that respect lol

There is nothing wrong with thinking you're the best...everyone does but a lot of sites seem to nitpick at the smallest of things so much that you want to cry because you know you worked your best and were proud of that creation...them kind of people really burn my bra and is the reason I don't share on very many sites other than my own!

LOL! Love the expression burn my bra XD Yeah... I've found this place to be the friendliest. I got my account deleted from A to B creations because I didn't share any of my creations there lol Sad huh.

Hey there NY, welcome on board I'm sort of the prodigal daughter around here (an old timer from the early dayz)....and I don't show up NEEEEARLY as much as I want or need to buuuuut it's not for lack of love!!

Your creations are beautiful! Your poetry is astonishing -- I'm following that blog and your main one now (CelSera / CeleSeraphym) -- you're amazingly talented! You have such a way with words in your poetry...it's late and I wish I could express myself better, but it GRABS me. I'm trying to get back into writing myself -- like you, I've been doing it since elementary school and I've put it down for the past couple of years (about 7 or 8 unfinished stories collecting dust on my PC). BUT you've inspired me, just with the few glances I've had at your work. Thank you so much for sharing, it's really incredible!

Thank you so much...I don't even know where to begin on commenting on this reply. I am nearly speechless...I only recently started sharing my poetry, since that more so then my stories is a direct reflection of life and lessons, feelings and emotions I have felt along the way. I never expected such a great and positive reaction as I have gotten from those who have read it. It's very humbling and I pleases me to know that what I set out to do through my writing I have achieved...to grab people's attention and have them feel the words of my experiences through their own eyes.

I do hope that you get back into writing as I would love to see some of your work!
