I really like this hair, if anyone could tell me where to find it I would be so appreciative.

I can see the effects in the images ...

The person may have used some hair that actually exists for the game, but it has many effects on the photo that makes hair much more beautiful Sad...

I don't know whether think if this hair is drawn with the Photoshop (because the mesh is exactly the same on both sides) , a hair that exists but has hair additions with the Photoshop , or something else confused

its totally photoshoped.. look at the eyeliner ? its over lapping the hair too,and there is coloring on the scalp,
its jut too flat to be a mesh lol

This is easy to do in PS
Select area > Ctrl J > Edit > Transform > Flip horizontal > move tool

And... you have a "mirror" image exactly like another side

It is that hair yes, but it was heavily photoshopped. There are huge differences between that hair and the hair in this picture here, the hair in game actually looks much flatter and messier. They looked as if they either filled in the gaps or redid the bottom of the hair entirely in photoshop.
