First look at two of the three ladies that I'm currently working on. I'm not too crazy about the red-head's skin, because it looks almost gray to me. The one with the black hair was kind of a spur of the moment sim. I was going to continue working on my Native American sim, but my internal fickleness took over and started this one instead. ;)

oh second gal is gorgoussssssssssssssssssssssssss she make a good witch perhaps?

the first one is odd in her coloring. is the cas slider not able to warm up the skintone at all?
i dont mess with skintones much so not sure. but really the only thing lacking is the color in the skintones. she should look white or pink. as redheads are made in life . some can wear black and some cant black.

Worked some more on the black-haired sim, who I'm calling Nalla for now. She kind of does have a witchy look about her. Gotta go find a different gown for her formal, though. Going back in cas tomorrow to change red-head's skintone...maybe ephemera or Klavix instead of Lemon Leaf. Thanks for the feedback, mamx. I appreciate it.

Ohhh I agree with mamx!! The dark hair girl is gawgus!!! I agree with you Kat on the skintone on the first gal...maybe a new skintone would do a bit more for her.

i dont really understand how they are applied to the sim in the cas using the skinpanel. im misisng how it done . usally i depend on the full body skintone , at least i think they are. it might be hard to tell if they are to.

I always seem to have problems with LemonLeaf skintones. Not sure why. I'm thinking about putting base game skin on her and shipping her off to Shyne to finish with her skintone. ;)
I'm planning to upload the dark haired girl within the next couple of days. I just have to find a good formal gown for her and I think I'm done with her.

Two different creators, but for some reason, I can't get their skin to work right in my game. I love their contacts and make-up, though. Weird, huh?

For the redhead's skin dilemma:

AmberIndia repacked all of LemonLeaf's skins with an adjusted skintone ramp that goes from pretty realistic pale cream colors to nice darker shades. It's a multicolored ramp she's calling "ambrosia." So, it includes all the EA natural tones and some additional shades in one slider. She repacked skins from several creators with this combined tone, and I was able to seriously reduce the clutter in my skintone panel. :D

Anyway, I think lemon's skins look muuuuch nicer with the new ramp! I agree the original is too gray, which is a shame, because the details are painted beautifully. Amber also made sure that the skintones are all packaged up to be Toddler-Elder for Female and Male, since some versions were missing age groups.

But, Shyne's skin is also beautiful, so you might have better luck just switching her to her new release/one of her older skins, like ruddy v2.

I also had the "grayish" problem with the LL skins, that's why I stopped using them.

It's been a while since I worked on this sim gal. I stuffed her in the bin because she had LemonLeaf skin and her complexion looked weird. Thanks to Ameenah for sharing the link to AmberIndia, I've decided to yank her back out of the bin and give her another chance.

Getting Nalla ready so that I can get her posted tomorrow. I realized after I started taking pictures that I forgot to download HD mod update.

ok dokey , no hurry take your time. im sure it not easy peasy to fig out what custom is used. that was doable in sims2 but why they not labled things in cas sigh.

Aw! Thank you, Lyllia! I probably should have gotten Supernatural, because Nalla would have been perfect as a witch. As for the blonde(I really need to give her a name), she's kind of a combo of my youngest daughter's eyes, which are unusual and pretty, and my attempt at my niece's strawberry blonde hair.

Nalla is my favorite, they are all beautiful but my eyes go most to her so Bravo

Thank you, my friend! I just have to get some pictures of Nalla and write a short biography and she'll be ready to go first thing tomorrow morning.

I have a couple more ladies that I'm working on when I'm not playing my game. I haven't named either one of them, outside of generic names so that I can tell them apart in my sim file. I just realized that their lips are almost alike, so that will be fixed when I go back into cas later today. I also plan to change the second girl's skintone because I want a more russet color. Any and all feedback is always appreciated.
