THE Updated Graphics Sims 3 or the old reliable sims 2

I don't play Sims 2 anymore but in my opinion it was a pretty good game. The graphics weren't as advanced as Sims 3, but I liked how the things looked. The sims were pretty cute, imo.
I personaly find Sims 3 easier to play, but sometimes it's very, very glitchy - that's the worst problem of this game.
When the game came out we didn't have almost any CC so the sims looked ugly and uninteresting, but now that we have plenty of nice custom content, we can make them look awesome.

I choose Sims 3 because we have a lot more possibilities - we can recolor almost every object and CAS item, our sims can have unique traits, etc...

the babies were better in sims 2

Even with all of it's glitches, I still like Sims 3 more. I have to agree with Sleepy, however. The babies did look much better in Sims 2. Sims 3 babies remind me of the Glo Worm toys.

As for graphics, my self-sim looks WAY better in Sims 3 because I kind of have a round pudding face. X___X So, my circular features + Navetsea's amazing skin = resemblance, yay!

I have to admit, I joined the party late, and played Sims 3 first, so I am more than biased. I'm amazed by the amount of content that was made and is still being made for Sims 2, but I just prefer the overall look of 3.

Yeah I liked the TS2 babies more! They were so damn cute

I started playing Sims when the Sims 3 were launched so, I can't compared (myself) to Sims 2. I expect the Sims 4 to be real good in graphics by the way, I hope the Sims 4 will be more stable too and not as glitchy as the Sims 3 (around the time WA was launched for instance).

TS2 was better in my opinion but like navetsea had said you play it for the free roam or atleast i do Ts2 also had better looking babies

can't add anything more you guys covered what i like about sims 3 =D

but if you play sims 3 (with its awesome graphics) and try to get back to sims 2, you'll hate sims 2's graphics and whatnots, i felt like its medieval time when i tried to play it again =D
