A-frame with ranch.
Originally built for 56 Lookout Peak Rd. in Bridgeport.
The lot may be able to be upgraded to a 64x64 lot but I haven’t tried so don’t know for certain how much work may be involved.

This beautiful property just became available. The house is a 2 bedroom, 1 ½ bathroom beauty with a master chef quality kitchen, den, billiard room and entertainment room. The grounds are made good use of with 2 stables and a training area for horses. A large pool, deck and hot tub make for a fantastic outdoor party place.
~All plumbing and appliances have been upgraded.~

This is the first house I have built in a long, long, time. I would appreciate any comments and critique. Thank you!

I do not believe I used any 3rd party CC but there are several EA store items and several items from different expansion packs. In order to have the lot come out as in the pics, you must have ALL the EA store items and expansion packs listed below. However, even if you’re missing some, the house will download; it will just be missing whatever you’re missing.

Thank you EvaTer. I have always loved A-frame houses. They always seem so cozy, homey and inviting. They are fairly popular where I'm from but I think that's due to the area getting so much snow. A-frame houses are great in snowy areas.

I haven't made a house in a long time. I got addicted to making sims. . . . . . I think I may get back in to making houses.

i just now seen this lot on tumblr i did not see it before but it looks so nice omg i love it would i be aible to put in Aurora Skies ?
Cause i am looking everywhere for one but can not find them i do not like too much cc in my lots and must be easy to play in my sims have some more money no cheating for the moment and u know what ? it is fun like that !!!
So i will try to put it in Aurora Thankyou

I built it on a strangely sloped lot so I'm not sure how it would do placed somewhere else. I don't use much, if any, CC when I build. I save all my CC for my Sims.

If you'd be interested, I'm about to start a different style of A-frame house. I'll post pics when I get it done.
