Singer and celebrity

I worked on this sim longer then I think I’ve ever worked on a sim – on and off for almost a week. I think I am finally happy with her enough to say she is finished. I hope you enjoy her. Smile

As always, I'd appreciate any advice and opinions on my sim. There is always something I miss or a way to improve upon a sim so any opinions are always welcome. They help me get better. Thanks! Smile

I have every expansion and fluff pack except Katy Perry installed and my game is fully updated. Also, I have every world available except Barnacle Bay.

Skin – I tried several different skins on Rihanna and finally settled on this skin from Lady Frontbum. I like the texture and it gave the sim the softness of skin that Rihanna seems to in her pics however, for any other sim, I wouldn't use this skin. It does not allow for muscle tone changes. Eyes: I always use the same non-default eyes but I have no idea who originally made them. Please, if you recognize the eyes, send me the link.

It is a very beautiful sim you created she has the aura of the singer but she does not look so much like her, that is because it is so difficult to create a celebrity cause they look always different but i love your sim Love067

EvaTer: Thanks for letting me know who made the earrings. I love those.

SellaSu: You are soooooo right - making celebrity sims is really hard. I went through tons of pics trying to get her to look right. I was amazed at how much her looks change from pic to pic - even her skin tone changes. Annoyed

It was so frustrating. lol!! I pretty pleased with the final result and think it is fairly accurate but, you're right, with as much as celebrities change from pic to pic, it is almost impossible to make one accurately.

you got her essence right, it is obviously her, however creating real people is hard because their skin texture is so unique, you need to use photo to put it as mask or make a special skin for them to portray all the small details, and how light fall around their subtle features, mere sliders can only do so far, and what you do is exceptionally good.

Navetsea - I've downloaded sims and gotten a 'mask' with them. That, to me, seems like cheating. LOL! I would love to be able to make skins. I think what you do is incredibly impressive - I just don't have the talent or patience for it.

HOW DID I MISS THIS?! Oh my goodness I'm slipping!! I'm glad she was pulled back to the front! I have to say you did a wonderful job re-creating Rihanna!

Love the skin texture you decided on and your presentation is nice as well. Love the different angles you used taking her pics, very creative and I may have to 'steal' them from you!!
