SimsVIP had this picture highlighting that sims won't be able to get some outfits until they earn the $ I now have to go reread the sims magazine that is from cause i totally missed that part apparently. It's from issue 4 if more of you want to read

Yea it has changed now where sims don't buy clothing. However to download from the gallery the last I heard does cost $.
